John has a unique perspective in the residential home and construction industry having come from a construction and lending background. John started his early career days in residential construction and lending, which eventually led him to start his own remodeling and mortgage companies. His passion for all aspects of the residential home industry has brought him full circle, back to his roots, with home inspections.
John is a licensed and insured home inspector and holds a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector) through InterNACHI®. John is a Naperville resident for 25+ years and is an Official for USA Swim where he volunteers his time as a Starter, and Strokes and Turns judge to not only nurture and support his daughter’s passion for swimming but also to help young swimmers understand the fundamentals of swimming rules.
When John is not working, volunteering endless hours at swim meets, helping his friends and neighbors with home projects, he loves to spend time with his family and find new ways to tend to his pristine lawn and garden.
